Design · Prototypes · PoC and MVP · Small series

From idea to finished hardware, without weeks of waiting.

Describe what you want to build, with a sketch, a photo or a few lines of text. Our engineering agent works out the requirements with you and gives you a budget price straight away. Then we design it, check it in numbers and make it, with one engineer responsible all the way.

Remote for injection moulding: six moulded parts, its own circuit board and 14.8 hours of battery.

How it works

  1. 01

    Describe the idea

Upload what you have and chat with the agent. It asks for what decides the design and the price: sizes, loads, environment, quantity and lifetime. Where you do not know, it proposes.

  2. 02

    A budget price at once

As soon as the agent can tell how complex it is, how it is made and how many, you get a price range from our price lists. You know early whether the idea and the budget meet.

  3. 03

    A design that is checked

We design in CAD and tie every requirement to a check: strength, fits, collisions and manufacturability. An engineer reviews everything.

  4. 04

    Quote and manufacturing

You get a fixed quote to accept in the portal. Then we make prototypes, test them and make the series, or hand the files to your own supplier.

Six designs we have made, each from a short description. Beside each one you see what we checked, in numbers.

Wall bracket for a router

Bent sheet metal

Wall bracket for a router

1.5 mm aluminium · 78.6 g · 2 screws

The description“I need a wall bracket for my router. The router is 180 × 120 × 32 mm and weighs 450 g. It should stand on edge in the bracket and lift out without tools. The bracket is to be bent sheet metal, 1.5 mm aluminium, screwed to the wall with two screws. It must take an accidental 20 N push on the router away from the wall. I want to order it laser-cut and bent from a sheet-metal shop.”Show all
Checked
  • Router lifts out without tools: 5.9 mm free, 0 collisions
  • A 20 N push outwards: safety factor 2.35
  • Order from a sheet-metal shop: flat pattern, bends, drawing (confirmed by an engineer)

Sensor enclosure with its own board

3D printing and electronics

Sensor enclosure with its own board

56 × 78 × 25 mm · board 51 × 73 mm · 41.7 g PETG

The description“I want to build a wall-mounted sensor for temperature and humidity. Inside: a small custom circuit board with a Raspberry Pi Pico and a BME280 breakout. The USB cable comes in from below. The enclosure is printed in PETG, with ventilation so the sensor measures the room air and not the heat from the Pico. It hangs on a screw in the wall from a keyhole. At most 80 × 60 × 30 mm.”Show all
Checked
  • Fits in 80 × 60 × 30 mm: 56 × 78 × 25 mm
  • Circuit board ready to order: 0 DRC errors, 0 unconnected
  • Sensor away from the Pico's heat: 12.6 mm apart (confirmed by an engineer)

Aluminium motor mount

CNC machining

Aluminium motor mount

AL6061 · 69.8 g · 2 setups

The description“I need a milled motor mount in aluminium (6061) for a NEMA 17 stepper. It is screwed to a 20×20 aluminium profile with two M5 screws and T-nuts. The motor shaft is to be parallel to the profile and 30 mm above its top face. At most two setups in the mill and no sharp inside corners. I want a drawing with tolerances I can send to a shop for a quote.”Show all
Checked
  • Shaft over the profile: 30.000 mm, 0.000°
  • Slip fit on the Ø22 pilot: 0 … 0.071 mm, want ≤ 0.08
  • Motor plus a 100 N belt pull: safety factor 17.5

Tablet stand

Laser cutting

Tablet stand

3 mm plywood · 4 parts · 300 × 200 mm sheet

The description“A laser-cut stand for a tablet (up to 250 × 175 × 8 mm, 500 g) in 3 mm plywood, held together by tabs and slots without glue or screws. It should stand at two angles, 60° and 70°, and not tip backwards when the screen is pressed with 5 N at the top edge. All parts must fit on one 300 × 200 mm sheet. The slots must fit the plywood's real thickness, 2.8–3.2 mm.”Show all
Checked
  • Two angles: 60.00° and 70.00°
  • 5 N at the top edge: holds 1.30 × at 70°
  • All parts on one sheet: 4 of 4

Desk cable clip

Injection moulding

Desk cable clip

PP · 38.2 g · quote for 1,000 pcs

The description“I want an injection-moulded cable clip that clicks onto the edge of a desk (18–25 mm thick) and holds up to five USB cables in separate slots. It is to be made in PP, so it must release from the mould without sliders and have even walls. The clip must stay on the desk when a cable is pulled with 10 N.”Show all
Checked
  • Releases from the mould, even walls: 0 warnings
  • Clips onto 18–25 mm: 1.84 % strain, max 3 %
  • Stays put at 10 N: 13.9 N of friction against 12 N (confirmed by an engineer)

Pan/tilt camera mount

Mechanism and simulation

Pan/tilt camera mount

26 checks · 58.7 g PETG · 2 joints

The description“A pan/tilt mount for a Raspberry Pi Camera Module 3 with two SG90 servos. Pan ±90°, tilt −30° to +60°. The camera must sweep 60° in half a second without the servos bottoming out, and the ribbon cable must not be pinched over the motion. Everything printed in PETG, on a tripod with a 1/4" thread. I want print files, a parts list and assembly instructions.”Show all
Checked
  • Both joints together: 304 poses, 0 collisions
  • 60° in 0.5 s, simulated: 10.5 % of the servo's effort
  • Ribbon cable over the whole motion: 6.9 mm of slack

Worked out, not guessed

Every requirement in the specification gets a check that shows it holds, in numbers. What cannot be computed, an engineer confirms.

  • ✓Strength, with a safety factor against your loads
  • ✓Fits and tolerances a shop can quote from
  • ✓Motion through the whole travel without collisions, simulated where it matters
  • ✓Manufacturability: prints without supports, mould release, bends, setups
  • ✓Circuit boards without DRC errors, ready to order

What you get

  • CAD files (STEP) and drawings with tolerances
  • Print, DXF and manufacturing files
  • A parts list with part numbers
  • Circuit board files where there is electronics
  • Assembly instructions
  • Prototypes and finished parts, if you want them

Questions

What does it cost?+

You get a budget price in the chat as soon as we know enough, then a fixed quote before any work starts. A simple bracket costs a few thousand kronor to design, a mechanism with bought parts more.

How long does it take?+

A first draft often takes hours, not weeks. The time to finished parts depends mostly on manufacturing: a print takes days, injection moulding weeks. The quote states the lead time.

Is my idea kept secret?+

Yes. Everything you upload is treated as confidential and not shared with anyone outside the project. If you need a non-disclosure agreement, we sign one before you tell us more.

Who owns the drawings?+

You do. Once the project is paid, you get all the files and can have it made wherever you like.

I only have an idea. Is that enough?+

Yes. The agent asks the questions and proposes materials, methods and components where you do not know. You accept or reject each proposal.

Can you make it for us?+

Yes, prototypes and small series, from 3D printing to injection moulding, through us and our suppliers. If you would rather use your own shop, you get the files.

Tell us what you want to build.

Getting started takes a few minutes, and you get a budget price before you decide.
